Ragusa-style Ravioli with Sugo di Maiale
Saturday, July 10, 11:30 am Join me in my kitchen as we take a trip to Sicily and explore the fine art of pasta making. It's easy and so much fun. In this class we will make a fantastic Sicilian dish from start to finish. Pasta for ravioli, with a very different filling using fresh ricotta and orange zest. To serve with with your Ragusa ravioli a rich Sicilian-spiced sauce with falling off the bone pork shoulder.
A pasta maker/roller will certainly make things easy, but if don't have one a simple rolling pin will do the trick.
Recipes and shopping list will be sent five days before the class and the Zoom link the night before.
